Steadfast directly employs certified coding specialists and individual certified coding subcontractors. All coders doing work for Steadfast must pass our coding exam and have a minimum of 4 years of facility experience before they are given a coding assignment.

Coder Certification/Credentials
All Steadfast coders are nationally certified/credentialed by an accredited agency, specifically AHIMA or AAPC. Each coder has over 4 years of facility coding experience and over a 98% coding accuracy.

Coding Training/Education
We participate in intern programs, and provide ongoing training for all coders doing work for steadfast.

Quality Assurance
All coding generated by Steadfast coders is subject to a Quality Assurance process, prior to being delivered to the client. Steadfast conducts internal audits in addition to hiring credentialed independent consultants to conduct outside audits.
